Wedding Flowers at Integrity Hills Chapel: A Florist's Guide to the Venue

Integrity Hills Chapel gives you a beautiful mix of stone, wood, lake views, and soft natural light. Your Integrity Hills Chapel wedding flowers can work with those details instead of trying to cover them. The best plan starts with the spaces you will use, the feeling you want, and the parts of the day that matter most to you.

I begin each wedding design with your date, venue, colors, priorities, and love story. For an Integrity Hills wedding, I also think about how the flowers will move from the Chapel to the Stables and how each design will look in your photos.

What makes Integrity Hills Chapel special?

Integrity Hills Chapel sits above Table Rock Lake in Ridgedale, Missouri. Big Cedar Lodge describes the Chapel as a European-inspired space with a stone floor, iron chandeliers, picture windows, and seating for up to 200 guests.

Those strong details give the room its own look. Flowers do not need to compete with the stone or the view. A thoughtful design can soften the space, guide the eye toward the ceremony, and still let the Chapel feel like itself.

Start with the feeling you want

Before choosing flower types, choose a few words for the day. You may want the space to feel romantic, garden-like, soft, bright, classic, or full of color. Those words help shape the bouquet, ceremony flowers, and reception tables as one true-to-you design.

Your exact flowers will depend on your wedding date and what is available. I also work with local growers when their flowers fit the design. I will never promise a flower that may not be available. Instead, I use your color, shape, and feeling as the guide.

Plan flowers for the Chapel entrance

The large Chapel doors make the entrance feel important before the ceremony begins. Flowers near the doorway can welcome guests and connect the outside view to the design inside.

You may choose low ground flowers, pieces beside the doors, or a few placed designs that frame the entrance. The right choice depends on the look you want and how guests will move through the space. The flowers should support the entrance without making the path feel crowded.

Keep the ceremony flowers in scale

The Chapel already has a clear focal point. Your ceremony flowers can help draw attention to you and your partner while keeping the lake view and stone details visible.

Low ground arrangements can give the ceremony a soft garden feel. Taller designs can add shape when you want more height. I love creating floral installations, and I design each one for the room, the ceremony plan, and the couple's vision.

Let your bouquet connect the whole design

Your bouquet appears in many of the day's most important photos. It can carry the main colors and textures from the Chapel into the rest of the celebration.

A loose, garden-style bouquet is one of my signature looks, but every bouquet should fit the person carrying it. We will talk about your dress, your comfort, the season, and the way you want the flowers to feel in your hands.

Carry the flowers into the Stables

The Stables at Integrity Hills are a short walk from the Chapel. Big Cedar Lodge lists space for up to 240 guests, with vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, balconies, and a fireplace. The room can hold soft table flowers, larger statement pieces, or a mix of both.

When the design and timing allow it, I may suggest moving ceremony flowers to the reception. This lets you keep enjoying the flowers throughout the day. A ground arrangement may work near the head table or cake table. Other pieces may frame an entrance or another place that matters to you.

Think through the full wedding-day path

A good floral plan covers more than a list of arrangements. It also considers delivery, setup, the ceremony, the move to the reception, and the final look of each space.

I condition the flowers, keep them cool, and install them close to the event time. I also plan each piece around the venue and the day. That care helps the design feel calm and connected from the first guest arrival through the reception.
